Unrealistic for teachers, 8 hours e students and 2 hours after for staff meetings or planning or curriculum or parent conferences or open house or preparing report cards or recording grades, on and on and on...never stops.

The hour are good for teaching. Many of us spent more time giving of our service to improve, Not reqquired hours.

The working hours vary depending on your job responsibilities. Salaried workers must sometimes do the work of two or three people. But, I guess you find that in practically all work environments these days.
