Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Northern BoulevardApril 5, 2018
It's a great job, they treat customer great but workers bad especially if you just started and the management and staff they are not professional in any manner when it comes to work. It's all about favoritism, who they like gets to keep their job and who they dislike, they give you a hard time until you finally decide to quit. I applied for a full-time position and I'm getting part-time hours. The management they're very unfair they give all the hours to the favorites.

Technician I (Former Employee) –  Manhasset, NYMarch 22, 2018
Don't get on Managements bad side they will make you miserable . Mandatory Weekends with no rotations. Suppose to get breaks but god forbid if you take one. Quality of work given by dispatchers depends on how much they likes you . Take more than a 2 min bathroom break and good luck to you . Use your paid time off and upon return be ready to be shunned

Good pay and Benifits

Management Sucks

Administrative (Current Employee) –  West Islip, NYMarch 19, 2018
When you realize that anyone can walk into any of their dealerships and grow their role from basically an administrative or beginner sales job into a high powered managerial position regardless of your race, creed, education level, religion, etc. you begin to wonder why more people aren't taking advantage of this opportunity. This is a place for motivated humans. The lazy won't make it. Give it a shot, you never know until you try.
Pros
Discounted vehicle purchases, diverse culture, OPPORTUNITY to make $$$
Cons
sales people work long hours, but for over 100k a year it's not a bad trade off

a competitive environment where you are in control of your future
Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  Long Island, NYMarch 14, 2018
I think sales is a very intense environment that gives you the chance to earn a living while gaining skills you cannot learn at school. You are in control of how much you accomplish and how you move forward in the industry. People that do not want to put in the time will find they get what they give. It is that easy.
Pros
The chance to make a good living
Cons
It is sales, you have to be willing to put in the time.

This was by far the worst company to work for. Decided to lease a car and got totally screwed being an employee of this dealership. Added unauthorized warranties to my lease agreement. No communication from GM's and Controller. Very unprofessional staff.

Sales (Current Employee) –  Advantage HondaJuly 9, 2017
Working for this company / group everyone especially upper management talks in circles. The GM never has anything of substance to say just goes along with his mgmt staff. There's long hours and most importantly they look for more wrk for less pay the pay plans keep changing with charge backs and cuts in your bonus. One can only live check to check barely.
Pros
The GM buys lunch for the entire dealership on Saturdays
Cons
Long hours n the pay plans are always being changed

From day one this company puts you through vigorous training. You get out what you put in, without a doubt. The compensation plan is strong and allows you to earn a great living. The Corporate team is outstanding and there is plenty of opportunity to move up. It's no wonder they have employees here that have been with the company for 20+ years.
