Why is it so difficult to be hired with this organization? I have applied to positions for which I have the required skills sets and background, yet nothing? I do not try to intervene in the hiring process by asking for 'favors' or 'special treatment'.

They have a new director of HR and she is very pig headed inflexible and sets you up to fail.
Very political place where they hire from within & rarely give "outsiders" a chance. HR there is disorganized & inflexible.
It’s very hard to get in. Took me years of applying over and over again. Finally started getting interviews and then the job offer. HR is slightly unorganized. Just keep trying and keep following up
Takes an very long time to be hired .... they usually know who they want...... and keep making excuses , until you give up asking.
Patience and keep on calling them.

Because they hire from within ..... everyone is related....... in some way.. Conflict of interests are every where....
