Definitely varies by dept. Workload reasonable. At corporate it seemed there was very little opportunities for advancement. Most reqs filled externally instead of training current employees to advance. Departments tended not to collaborate smoothly. Usual corp politics.

They have a new director of HR and she is very pig headed inflexible and sets you up to fail.

The managers in the operating room at Mmh are bullies and it starts with the director.

30 days. It starts of with an interview from your manager. Than an interview from human resource department. After the second interview you will have to take a drug test and get all of your shots to work in the healthcare field.
