Depends on the department you are in. In my personal experience, the work load is insane and poorly managed. My dept (pharmacy) is always short handed because the turnover is high. They will work you until you are physically sick and unable to. Dept leads are unhelpful and uncaring. Too many chiefs not enough Indians
They are very appreciative and give you many perks. But the way you are treated as an individual will vary by deptartment
Management has their own agenda.

The environment and culture was good although i didnt enjoy it. Due to the manager conflict it was stressful for me, i knew immediately that i did not have a future with this company

We seem to have no issues when it comes to this area in my department. We all respect and work well with each other.

Hositle, management does not understand the project and create unreaistic goals, It would serve the company better if the managers were also educated in the project.

The culture is to work nurses till they drop and then act like the nurses are unprofessional or uncaring if they say anything about it. Management always act like they can replace you in a minute. No team work. Everyone just wants to get through the shift
