Depends on the department you are in. In my personal experience, the work load is insane and poorly managed. My dept (pharmacy) is always short handed because the turnover is high. They will work you until you are physically sick and unable to. Dept leads are unhelpful and uncaring. Too many chiefs not enough Indians

Hositle, management does not understand the project and create unreaistic goals, It would serve the company better if the managers were also educated in the project.

The culture is to work nurses till they drop and then act like the nurses are unprofessional or uncaring if they say anything about it. Management always act like they can replace you in a minute. No team work. Everyone just wants to get through the shift
