They really care about their clients and their employees! Their response to your concerns is immediate. Real family owned business where you are part of their family!

I have worked in nursing homes/assisted living facilities and this company is by far the most professional and most flexible place I have ever worked for. They truly care about the wellbeing of their employees and always check in on you. They are very flexible and have the opportunity for you to work as much (or as little) as you want! This is a great company to work for!!

Atlantic is very different from any other home care company I've worked for. They genuinely care, not just about the clients, but employees as well. They are very flexible with hours and shifts as they have shifts available 24/7. They will work with you and your needs to make sure that you are successful. I'm not sure I've ever worked for a company, healthcare or otherwise, that will go out of their way to make sure that their employees are happy and appreciated like Atlantic does. I wouldn't work anywhere else :-) Being a caregiver isn't always easy but it is a VERY rewarding job knowing that you made a difference in someone's life.

Not very professional. Always calling you to work on days off. The pay was horrible for the work that needed to be done. I felt that management was rude if you said you couldn't go in on your day off.

In home care provided to locals with many versatile needs. Very rewarding. I get to utilize all my skills that i aquired through my LNA class. Staff is friendly, and genuine.
