Within the last 2-3 years the company has finally got a true A-team together and it is felt by every level of the company. They're all incredibly passionate about the company and work around the clock to make sure that not only is the business thriving, but equally (if not more) importantly, that the culture and employees are thriving. No matter what, they are always cognizant of the fact that the employees are the life blood of Atlas, and appreciate them. They have gone through great lengths to ensure that programs are designed and implemented to take care of the employees and communicate with them regularly.

The culture at Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. is extremely healthy, and it resonates from the leadership team and is cultivated by all those in the levels throughout the company.

Yes, whenever an employee wishes to transfer from one location to another, we do our best to accommodate as long as there is a position available and the schedule works for everyone.
