Working at atmosol has been a great learning experience and continues to be. The opportunity to work with an extremely smart team while developing Webstores for brand name companies is amazing. We also get the opportunity to help start-up and emerging companies realize their potential with the capabilities of Amazon Webstore and the expertise of our team. The most enjoyable part of my job is helping clients develop an outstanding Amazon Webstore for which they can see real profits and business growth. (The video games in the break room aren't bad either.) Recommended for a self-starter or entrepreneurial type with a passion to help business' succeed.

“Leadership” is lacking in professionalism and basic human decency. Management and ownership claim to be blind to the company’s health and inner workings and blame their subordinates for their failures. This is shocking because of how micromanaged each person is while working there. Management discussed career advancements and building a career plan several months before a major layoff. How could they not have known? They professed the company was healthy and bonuses were in the works to roughly a dozen of their employees, only to lay off 5 employees (all of marketing and sales gone, plus a developer) 2 months later, on New Years Eve, no less. No warning, completely out of the blue. Also, no bonuses, as promised. How can you be that ignorant? Shame on atmosol for making loyal employees pay the price for management’s mistakes, and lying to everyone through the holidays. They are just as dishonest to clients, too. You can give them your loyalty and trust, but don’t expect it in return. Upper management is controlling, unprofessional, egotistical, and highly arrogant. It’s borderline toxic and unstable to work here. You can think everything is going well, only to get laid off due to mismanagement. I wouldn’t recommend working here - you’re better off looking elsewhere.

The company has a great, talented crew dedicated to producing great work. We have a good plan for growth. We are positioned as an excellent eCommerce resource for a wide range of client companies. It's fast-paced but with sort of a relaxed atmosphere at the same time.

atmosol is made up of a superb, tight-knit team. The company is perhaps smaller than its most direct competitors, but everyone is so talented and committed to doing good work that the company easily and consistently punches above its weight. Throughout my time with the company, its client portfolio has included some surprisingly recognizable brands. It's no secret why--we are committed and dedicated to our clients in a way that few other companies can compete with. Despite doing great work, the company has fostered a positive culture that avoids a lot of typical corporate trappings--long/late/early hours are the exception, not the norm; and the drive to do superior work is self-motivated across the whole team.

atmosol has been a refreshing step up from previous jobs. The values are the base of the company and in-line with my own. This includes being inquisitive so that we're always improving. Being humble is also a big one (how can you improve if you're not humble??). I love that I am challenged but not overworked. The employees are great to work with - there's a sense of camaraderie in the office. With the type of clients, there is a lot of responsibility. But that's what keeps the job exciting :).
