steady work flow with good support
Hard work, competitive, supportive environment. Managers do their job and employees are expected to do their job. Everyone works hard and is asked to take responsibility.

Great company would recommend . Very diverse company . Friendly staff . They work with your schedule . Pay can be a bit better but overall great experience

Essentially every department is overworked. Many employees are stretched very thin to pick up work lacking elsewhere. Management is alright, but could be a lot better. Lack of communication in many areas, and while the company offers much growth, it rarely happens. Exhausting job that just isn’t worth it.
Life Guidance Resident Service Assistant in New York, NY

Although the staff was very nice and helpful, the management was not that good. At times, it was chaotic. The pay was low and it was frequently understaffed.

Atria is a fantastic place to learn and grow. It is a large national company that provides a lot of support and stability to the communities. There are opportunities for growth both at the community level and beyond. There is even tuition reimbursement if you are looking to advance your career. I have worked for both small regional companies and large ones, and I can tell you that Atria is one of the best.
