I never told anyone that I worked there but if they found out and asked me about it I told them you dont wanna work here!
It felt okay, better than saying I work at McDonalds
Proud and informative.
At first I was proud. Then it became apparent that the administrators are EXTREMELY rude and do not know much at all about their residents. The hands on staff does.
I wouldn’t tell anyone I worked there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to move a family member in if you can just hire a private aide or find someplace else, management treats staff horrible and residents as well the only time you see them care is when corporate comes or the state or QE that’s the only time.
I would tell them that I personally have had a bad experience. If certain people can step all over you, they will certainly try (at the facility I work for).
I feel okay about it. I mean it is restaurant experience so I am glad to have that under my belt. The establishment is not even there any more.
Happy its a good workplace.
Embarrassed and ashamed.
