The timeline can vary from person to person, depending on the state you are seeking employment. It will typically take two weeks on average to complete our screening processes.
It took no time at all for me to get hired because they were desperate.
1 week, they hired quickly
2-3weeks depending on drug test, tb, background.
Very friendly and warm welcome

Very bad communications.. They are horrible
Contingent Hire date 8/14 based on background, drug, & physical. Was told to reapply, which meant do a new physical and testing. Was never given a fingerprinting appointment and was told by Department of Health that Atria wasn't showing my submitted paperwork, that they need to contact them directly. I tell the Manager taking care of my application this and I hardly hear back from her. I get non-answers. I did my part, and now I'm being told to reapply? Isn't that a waste of money and time on both our parts? It's been over a month. Funny thing is I have been fingerprinted and gone through background checks that don't take this long. Maybe it's a hit or miss, or the management that doesn't do the job? Be very aware the process is lengthy!
It took seven weeks from hire date to start date

It took about a month. Drug tests, fingerprints, background checks - federal, state, local, checks with medicare for fraud. A little long.
