Pathetic employees get increases in cents when the residents’ rent increases can be up to 10% annuallly.
Unless your in one of the management positions, this isn't the place to work at if your expecting anything close to a decent hourly wage! That being said, expect the hourly payed employees to consist of, high school kids who's parents made them go out and get an afterschool/weekend job and anyone else who's needing a second job, just to pay the rent and bills.. Add that team up, and your left with too many kids working their first job, and honestly could care less about the job and don't even know the meaning of taking pride in what you do. What's left are all the under paid, over worked, and under appreciated single parents, the ones who need job #2, and there's always a few that have been there for 10 to 20 years, and they still make less then the annoying 16 year old server, who's always texting someone! Yet Atria's brass still sits their, scratching their heads as to why there's so much turnover!!?? Sadly, it's the residents and the employees who suffer, while the corporate heads laugh at all the money that they get! I repeat, all the money that THEY get! Do yourself a favor, run away right now if your thinking of working here! To those that are still there, WTF are you still doing there?!?!
That is a COMPLETE joke. I was hired with two Bachelors degrees & worked EVERYDAY with residents. I cared deeply about them & their quality of life. At my 6 month evaluation , I was given a 5 cent raise. I am NOT alone! some of the other hands on staff who give 100 and work hard , and come up with creative projects and ideas got 9 cents. The evaluations go 1-5. I got 3s with some fair 2s. Actually 4 2s. My 3s should have EADILY been 4 or 5s, but if your administrator gives you 3 or less, they get BONUS’s at the end of the year. ATRIA LOSES EMPLOYEES LEFT & RIGHT bc of very low pay & insulting “ raises.”
The raises are disrespectful twice a year if lucky and it’s for only.12 cents Atria East Northport pays 11$ and hour they work you to near death but feel you should be appreciative of the 12 cents
Raises are gives 2x per year. One automatic on your anniversary date and another a merit increase based on performance
They do not give raises, you will get a "market increase" which is pennies on the dollar, they pay way under market for all positions except executive director, which come and go
Im not sleep I worked at Collier Park and we didn't get raises.
They give you an annual review and discuss whether you will be getting a raise
You get a raise of 12 cents a year
