  • I worked there for 12 years. The only reason I stayed so long was the residents and my staff. The company it's self are money hungry ppl that say they care about staff and residents when they don't. They will say anything to potential residents to steal their money and then raise the rent year after year. All staff are under paid and over worked. I could go on and on. Don't live there and don't work there. You will be sorry!!!

  • St matthews one specifically. The management there is terrible to their employees. They don’t care how they treat you. They don’t do anything nice for there employees either. No appreciation at all. Every time you try to call in sick you get told your not allowed because they need you. They don’t clean around the building either the carpets look horrible. The dining room tables and chairs are also falling apart and look terrible. Not a good place to work. Wouldn’t recommend. The pay is so low you have to consider the type of people you will be working with for example people who don't care about their job or will call in and can you blame them they're getting paid pennies. At one point two of the girls working there when I started were bullies because they were threatened by me and my direct manager turned a blind eye because we were so short staffed.

  • Well it looks to me that all the management was fired this past month! My parents are there!!! That tells you something!!

  • With staff a little kool and also some residents are super sweet

  • It is very ungrateful & entitled. They truly look down on their workers, have cliques among themselves , which makes you feel very unappreciated even though you know your residents & their needs better than anyone. The 2 raises.... what a joke!!! Most people get a 5 -9 cent raise. It’s SO INSULTING for the quality of work you do for them. They actually get raises/bonus’s if the give you mainly 3s out of 5. It’s done on purpose.

  • Working for Atria is a disaster, management treats you like trash they only like you if you are a yes man and kiss up, they run you ragged and the pay is disgusting and disrespectful especially working in memory care with the abuse employees take from residents, I’ve seen a handful of residents pass away due to management not taking employees serious about their health.

  • At the one I work at, management seems to only like you if you either kiss up to them or you're very nice. I've experienced a lot of dishonesty from management. Also, I've experienced a lot of mistreatment by other employees and also have seen managers not being treated fairly.

  • Atria is horrible. They claim and they strive as a team but they don't work as one. They will throw you as many busses as they need to to win and stay in control.

  • Increase salaries for all staff who directly care for residentd & train them well!

  • On this job you do your job and everyone elses and you are unappreciated for what you do do and your reward for pay is a 10 cent raise which makes you wanna scream and cry!! I been here for 2 and a half years and same ole song. But residents have beautiful hearts and are very respectful!!
