I was given my offer letter on the 2nd day of the month, the day after my interview. My orientation is on the 20th. In between that, you must past background check, physical abilities test, health assessment, and be BLS certified by the AHA. Once you finish all that they send you an official orientation letter. All in all three weeks from interview to orientation.

Why is it so hard to get an interview? When there are tons of openings.
