Just having to work with supervisors and directors that want do anything to the people that really need to be gone
The leadership is unprofessional
Beyond mico management style. Its down right pitiful the way they treat employees.
To me there isn’t any stressful times, I guess it all depends on how well you work with you team. Always remember team work makes the dream work. So if you stressed then look at you part of the equation and let someone know you have a problem because someone is always there to listen and help.
Knowing I would have to wake up to go to work.
Understaffed, poor pay/compensation, overworked, little to no praise--all so the practice manager could get those cute bonuses off the work staff completed; and take what seemed like two weeks out of EVERY month to screw around at her beach house instead of addressing the HUGE PILE of complaints on her desk that she felt inclined to tell staff about regularly. All while employee bonuses have been stripped away or HEAVILY taxed!
This place is transforming into a sweatshop. They expect you to do the work of at least 2 people. It isn’t about patient care anymore, only $$$. Understaffing leads to huge delays in patient care. Patients and family members understandably get frustrated. You get cussed out on the daily and you are expected to stand there and take it with a smile on your face. No backup from management or coworkers.
The way that the pharmacy is ran. If you don't know the right people you will never expand your career.
The most stress part of the day is trying to load the trucks up.
