  • They don’t like nurses from minority groups. You will be pushed out.

  • HR team at Atrium Main are terrible!! They think everyone has to follow the rules of policy except them!!

  • Because of the terrible mgmt and corp/HR staff. I was told, "our main priority is the patient". That's all fine and dandy, but if you continue to treat staff like GARBAGE, there will be no one to care FOR the patients. Point blank. Wake up, Gene Woods. Stop Dancing with the Stars and put your EMPLOYEES FIRST. At this time, Atrium Health employees are just CASH COWS on the way to slaughter.

  • I work for Carolina healthcare for 15 years every manager that I had we got along great I work front desk I got along with the patient's I got along with my coworkers, I got along with the doctors I got along with the nurses then we switch Management soon as we switched management here come the problems. They started having a problem with my work any manager that I had they always said They wish they had another one like me cuz I was a good worker but soon as we switched management they started finding fault with my work I work with new management 3 months at the three months I was let go, I loved my job and my coworkers we where family!

  • I left Atrium because it was time for me to move on to better opportunities, very poor leadership!!!

  • Worked for 15 has no clue what their employees need and how to treat with are nothing if your not a Rn or Md ,Pa...Atrium is a great place to work. But administration needs to remember the little guy that keeps that place in line..

  • The middle management was run not by the supervisors but by "straw bosses" or the supers pets. Speaking of pets, certain folks got by with every unsafe practice known to man without retribution. If, however, you weren't a pet, you became a target and you were followed observed and hounded until you made a simple mistake and then its bye bye. You rarely if ever got 15 minutes to eat, 30 mins. was a dereliction of your duties. I'm short, the old timers who had the juice controlled who worked, who stayed, and who got the short end of every bad situation. They care only about their money and nothing about your career.

  • For the second largest healthcare network in the US they have terrible benefits for their employees. Large out of pocket deductibles no copays. Not stable as far as work hours. Routinely called people off

  • Very toxic environment at Cleveland. Run don’t walk away
