My experience with this employer would have been 95% positive if not for the merging of departments with the main facility. At that time many people left and things became ridiculous.

Atrium was an exciting place to work. Everyday presented new challenges and learning experiences. Atrium had many opportunities to get a higher paying job or get education to get another job.
Pros
Free food at times, incentives for weight loss, flexibility, educational and advancement opportunities
Cons
High insurance rates, exposure to germs, payrate
