Banquet Manager in Illinois

Most weeks I work anywhere between 80 to 95 hours and there are times I work 35 to 40 hours in 2 days. Just expect us to do whatever is required without any staff.

Working in the events department, the hours are long, there are turnarounds and include many weekends. If that is an issue for you, then the events department will not be a fit.

I have worked for Atrium Hospitality for a long time now. There have been some changes at the leadership level within the past 10 months, which just brings a new way of thinking. Previous Leadership was great too, and they only kept on improving. Atrium treats us like individuals, no matter the position. It is the best company i have worked for in over 30 years.

Management will identify your strengths, and schedule you accordingly. They do well with working with people who have a disability. They are very careful to work with the the amount of income you are allowed to make due to social security.
Assistant Manager in Sacramento, CA

Coming from a franchise hotel that was poorly ran, I was amazed at what kind of company Atrium prides itself to be. They listen to their employees and take necessary action. Recently, I attended their cleaning school program in Raleigh, NC and my excitement and energy to be in this industry has been renewed. Come work here, forge your own path and work for a company that cares.
