Management is the problem. The front desk manager has no idea on how to train and encourage newcomers. She is also rude, Naïve, awkward, and stupid. Atrium is all favoritism and no support. In the beginning, they had me work at the front with no computer training and no IHG training and expect me to sign up new members when nobody even trained me. I have worked as a receptionist for a company in Silicon Valley and this job was by far a joke with no opportunity.
