Benefits are expensive but they are good compared to other places I have reviewed. Decent health, vision and dental. Poor 401k (matches a max of 1% for every 5% the employee puts in) and poor PTO. PTO is not paid out at the end of the year, or at all. If you don't use it you lose it, and the opportunity to take it is not usually there. They used to let you donate it to other employees in need that were on FMLA but they do not do so anymore.

I would tell them to give it a chance. You can’t go based off of what someone else says. We are layed Back and always love getting new CNA’s who love what they do & can work in a fast paced environment.
