Associate Regional Manager of Case Management (Former Employee) – Needham, MA – June 24, 2018

RN, Internal Medicine (Former Employee) – Boston, MA – May 31, 2018
I learned a lot while working for Harvard Vanguard, its a great place to work and learn. The nursing staff in internal medicine at my site was extremely supportive, they gave me and other nurses ample time to orient and supported mine and others career goals, I think the site I was at in PO Square Boston was particularly good. I have had the opportunity to train and work at other sites and never had a negative experience with those that taught me and those that supported me. If and when there were any internal staffing issues they were always addressed professionally with the goal of providing a good work place for providers as well as a good experience for patients.
Good workplace for physicians who don't want to manage their own practice
General Obstetrician/Gynecologist & Hospitalist (Former Employee) – Boston, MA – May 17, 2018
There are many benefits to working for a managed practice, but it's not for everyone. The lack of input into management decisions can be frustrating. There is some transparency about these decisions but it could be better. The people who work for the company are outstanding and are the reason providers and patients like it so much, and what's kept it going all these years.
Practice Manager of Multi Surgical Specialties (Former Employee) – Boston, MA – April 21, 2018
Typical day at work busy with patient; Problem solving, managing day to day operation and training staff. Workplace Culture. Lack of diversity at the management level. 'The company really care about their employee.
