Good, There are many opportunities for growth, advancement, and trainings. There is a initial orientation process that you get two types of Med training paper and electronic, Behavioral, Adult Foster Care (AFC) Handle with Care, Van and lift, and many more. Then you get put with a lead trainer on the floor in the group homes. They really do a nice job and preparing you to be successful.
