I am encouraged by the company's reputation in the community, and can see first hand why hospitals and facilities call them for help. They literally have so many requests for care I don't see the company slowing down in the future. I feel good to be a part of all that as well.

Pediatrics and skilled nursing can be fast paced. But if you know what you're doing you manage to keep events as planned. The families and clients are wonderful. But you need to be good at what you're doing no matter what.

You will start off as a caregiver if you don't have medical experience. Cargivers give basic care (Bathing, ROM, Feeding assistants etc.)
Aids will clean open wounds, give special medication(injections) more of the serious stuff.
