Better communication between employees, case managers and supervisors,

being aware of and knowing where supervised release program clients are during scheduled assignments,

decrease amount of rent paid to landlords per client

decrease money being paid out to clients (require them to work)

pay employee mileage reimbursement more often in order to keep personal vehicles in good running and required conditions of state and local laws in addition to required employer standards,

decrease unneeded office staff hours,

decrease unneeded amounts of emails such as newsletters with 6 attachments of tips on how to do spring cleaning (what does this have to do with our jobs?)

provide access to better user friendly forms as needed,

provide any benefit options for part time employees who work 40 or more hours per week

employee incentives for discounts for gas,fleet or company gas cards, tires, oil, car washes or other vehicle maintenance services

perform and complete performance and evaluation reviews of staff members as indicated per company policy

reimbursement for auto insurance or options for auto warranty policies with discounts
