I would work hard by multitasking incoming calls and solving problems. Unfortunately being that Attic Pros serviced customers who had rodent issue, getting angry calls was daily. I didn't mind the high calls or the yelling on the phone, helping a customer and solving issues was my power spot. My owner didn't have to praise me that I did a good job, the joy of a happy customer seem to make me feel I did my part. I truly did enjoy my job and even took it home.
