I enjoyed my job, but would never work for their company.
Paraprofessional (Former Employee) - California - August 19, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Terrible communication, not understanding or concerned communicating about starting dates. Everything is last minute. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Got the run around for two months about signing my contract and finally two days before school starts they told me they didn’t get their contract renewed. Didn’t care or even think to inform to look for another job until last minute. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Poor communication, really short responses. Not the friendliest. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Didn’t work directly with them just had communication via phone, text and email.

Flexible hours, fair and reliable pay, well matched work opportunities
Teacher (Former Employee) - Bloomfield, CT - July 14, 2021
Atx Learning took its time to find the position that was just right for me. They worked hard to support me finding the right job fit and made accepting the position an easy and seamless transition. Atx learning made my professional life easy, they were supportive yet non-intrusive and fostered a sense of independence and professionalism. They were not pushy, but supportive every step of the way. Atx focused on the big picture and didnt micromanage my time. They provided me with independence, excellent pay and solid support. Can't say enough good words about my experience with this company. Far surpassed my experiences at other agencies.

This company tries very hard to meet the needs of their employees. They always include you in your assignment and make sure that the staff where you will be working are respectful toward you at all times.

Excellent company, excellent salary, excellent experience!
Special Education Teacher (Current Employee) - Oakland, CA - October 24, 2019
I have had a positive experience with ATX Learning. They offer incredible pay and work schedule. When I taught through the district, I would work at least 50 hours per week. With ATX, I work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day and get paid for the time I spend there, so I won't get held up after school for hours by administration. I have been teaching for 6 years now and I can honestly say that this has been my favorite and most productive year of teaching. Zen Ali has also been a great help at ATX learning, he is very supportive and responds quickly.
Pros
Competitive pay rate, excellent work/life balance, supportive and dedicated staff, medical benefits offered, relocation stipend offered
Cons
No retirement package, paid monthly instead of biweekly, not many options for healthcare

School Psychologist (Current Employee) - Pennsylvania - March 15, 2018
I have been working with ATX learning for over six months in a contracted position in a school setting and have found the company to be easy and professional to work with. The representative who works with me is very attentive and responsive to any concerns that may come up. The company has also identified and shared with me positions for the coming school year, which is nice to be able to plan ahead with regards to employment opportunities. Having worked for several agencies, ATX learning certainly is one I would recommend to anyone who would be in need of their services.
