Treat everyone with respect, give them the pay rate they deserve, not use and abuse them. Get rid of the managers that do not help out, and don't care,
If it was up to me I better pay better equipment in the kitchen bigger not clutter kitchen

Train the employees and include one CNA and the nurse on duty in stand up so they know what is going on in the building. CNA’s have a rigorous training but the nurses aren’t even given the policies to read when they start. Very frustrating. I was supposed to guess what they were and then got yelled at when it was not done right.
