Yes, there is always opportunity for overtime. If you are a full-time employee and you don't stress too management that you do not want to work over 40 hours, more than likely you will be scheduled over 40 hours just about every week if it is needed.
Yes, they will work you to death. The good staff are leaving. They are now hiring agency staff- they have no vested interest in the hospital so more problems, more mistakes
