Horrible they do not work with you

The working hours vary. There are times where everyone's hours get low due to specific seasons etc. They are the highest during the summer.

Depends, really. Part-timers couldn't go over 25 unless there was a holiday or your short-staffed. Full-timers easily got over 40.
