Principal Engineer (Former Employee) – Mumbai India – October 2, 2017
Managment policies are needed to update. Pros Had a nice work culture, but it is no more the case now. Gradually all good things are waning away. Cons No one seems to have any visibility about where the company is going. No communication from management to employees. HR policies are detrimental.
Associate Director (Current Employee) – Mumbai, rabale – June 6, 2017
I have really enjoyed my tenure at Aurionpro. I have also been given enough opportunities to showcase my skills which has worked well for the organization as well as me. I have grown through the ranks. It is a very nice place to work for, where the work life balance is well taken care of.
Principle Test Engineer (Current Employee) – Dadar – April 10, 2017
Higher Managment is worst. They take over companies and ruin their life. Good company for freshers. No fixed date for salary. The worst part is the company is shifting to Ghansoli which is like a graveyard.
You get to try your hand in many areas of work. Expected to do a lot of work in really really short time. Last minute targets is a very very normal thing. So you to be prepared for any kind of tricky situation.
Its a good place to learn. Working in a niche area of enterprise security domain.
Associate Director - Managed Services (Current Employee) – Pune, MH – September 28, 2015
Had a great exposure of setting up managed services and designing the solution to suit the requirement at hand. Management is currently reeling under pressure as there is no coherence between the aspiration of the organisation towards the intended growth and the actions that needs to be taken at ground to support this aspiration.
