Standard questions about conflicts, how they were handled, what types of people do you get along with ect ... Be prepared for a knowledge test for respective field... and a list of your direct supervisors and three personal references - They asked for these things after the interview process. Because I have not had to use persona references in so long I was stuck having to text people and ask them in the clinics lobby - after figuring out how to get on their internet. Also for nursing they still have questions about conversions to metric and medication dosages questions
