Overall a good place to work at, residents are great. Challenging at times with management team work.

Austin Wellness is a great work place, it is inclusive and feels like family. HR is very understanding and accommodation when staff are having problems personally or at work. Good team work between Nurses and CNA, a little challenging in terms of management team work.

The residents make it worth it

Could be great but they don’t want to pay for quality employees. High turnover rate. Severely understaffed. Management did not offer support. Very dated facility, could use upgrades.
