You get a 1/2 day is sick per month but if you take 6 sick days (the company average) in one year you are docked on your review. It effevts your raise and promotions as well.

It not fair to long term employees are being pushed out by interns that no nothing not sure why they don't ask experience employees to manage well may I do thinking getting more out of just giving them a job..

It took me two weeks, although I applied 2 years prior to being hired. Once they called and wanted me, it was an updated resume and in person interview. The offer was made in the following week with a phone call, then a formal letter of the job offer. I started 2 weeks after I accepted the job.
