Effective 1/1/2020 Carolina Motor Club (CMC) and The Auto Club Group (ACG) have merged and combined operations.

ACG exists to serve its members, providing motorists with valuable vehicle services, such as roadside assistance, mobile battery replacement and others. Work off site from the home office, did not interact with a majority of the staff due to same. Felt uninvolved. It is more beneficial to work within the claims staff environment and to have the support of upper management readily available.
