The required 10 hours Monday to Friday, 7 hours on Saturdays, when one is exhausted, but 1st of all did not agree to those terms when applied and hired Mandatory OT is unfair. The required daily production should be a range and not an exact number people abilities range. Continuous changes one day told to do your job one way, days later told to do it a different way (confusing and frustrating).
