Fun place to work and can make good tips depending on the day. Work is completely dependent on weather and scheduling so you don't have much control over how steady tip pay is.

It’s a great first job, but if your looking around in the job market after a few years or something it’s a hard pass. Terrible pay, teenagers should definitely be making more than $7-9 an hour for standing out side in all weather conditions. Actually everyone should be paid more. The pay is bad… really bad. But you can make it up in commissions and tips so thats cool.

Decent place to work as a student. Hourly rate plus tips. But this is just a job. Nothing more, nothing less. Just work here until you finish school.

Overall it wasn't a bad company to work for, It can definitely get stressful on hot and cold days. Tips are okay and hourly could be a little higher. It is a job that does require hard work.

Pretty solid first job it’s minimum wage but tips are a big part of it. Room for raises and promotion if you work there for longer than a few months and management just depends on the location but mine was decent.

He did have a paper so I guess he had specific questions to ask but he asked some of his own as well. Just things like my work history, what I do in my free time, what I could bring to the company, what does good customer service look like, etc.
