Lead Title Clerk in Sterling, VA

I would structure my work day based on priority items, taking care of customers as a priority. The work would be completed as necessary and in a timely manner. Oversight of assistants and training as needed was also important to allow employees to complete tasks. Interacting with Finance Department to make sure all essential paperwork and training was provided to enhance the target of smoothly providing customer case.

Great place to work. Teamwork is required in almost every position. Overall, very satisfied with the opportunities available with such a large organization. Great opportunity to learn and gain experience.

I loved working at AutoNation, until they changed the income from salary to fully commissioned. The pay wasn’t worth the time and struggle. At the end I had to quit.

Horrible. Be prepared to work long hours. Barely any time for yourself at the end of the day. I wouldn’t recommend this job to any of my friends or family.

If it was possible to give 0 stars to AutoNation, I would. I had a horrible experience with AutoNation since management doesn't care about their employees and only care about their money. The hardest part about the job was getting up to go to work because of how unhappy I was and the lack of energy I had to go to work since it felt like management was making it a hostile work environment. I never felt worthless and underappreciated from management at a job like how I was treated here. Especially the foul language that was said to me after coming back to work from a day off when the entire store blamed the entire parts department for not getting work done on my day off. Instead I felt like I was being bullied and was constantly yelled at from management on a weekly basis which was mentally exhausting to take in. Especially since I was told and promised specific days off and shifts due to seniority and instead was given to someone who didn't put in the time like I did. Instead, I was bad-mouthed about my performance when that was never spoken of in the past. The worst part of it all, was the threat about write-ups to eventually lose my job. Or even the threat of getting my pay plan changed to a much less pay. AutoNation needs to step it up and re-evaluate new management that come into play because bad management leads to an unhappy team, an unhappy team leads to unhappy employees, which lastly unhappy employees leads to unhappy customers. Please don't make the next newer employees feel the same way I did.
