This place is ridiculous. The manufacturer should just ship new cars to a warehouse, so people don't have to deal with these people.

Just bought a used car for around $10,000 in Dec., I've kept it about 3 days before I took it back to there shop, they said it was fixed that lasted about another 2days before I took it back, they've had it ever since still not fixed can't get my money back, they offered to buy it back for way less then what I paid,so know I'm broke with no vehicle noway too get a refund. So yeah nothing good to say about this place.

All they care about is selling every customer thousands of dollars of "products" on the back of the car loan, then joke about how much they made. Oh, all the time throwing salesman under the bus....have fun..if you apply

There are so many bad reviews. The CEO and others at corporate level have this awesome brand idea and business development plan to meet the growing changes of the automotive industry - but at the ground level it's all the same ol' sleazy stuff. Local mgmt should be banned from working with human beings entirely - including and especially the customer.

Unreasonable expectations. Too much micromanaging. I was expected to call every service customer and beg for them to return a survey. I was even told to "buy" the survey by offering something free for a perfect score. I don't have contact with the customer, service advisors do that. They are the ones who lied, not me.
