Company promotes team work it's the opposite once you join and our total what store you're going to work at your coworkers they all have like if you're not in their group then you're out cast and they would treat you like a slave and give you their work while they sit back sit down eat just because they do not want to or at least to the stores I've attended .

Eliminate your attitude accept your responsibilities don't toss them to other coworkers just because you want to leave early treat red shirts right the way you like to be treated don't give negative feedback to your district manager just because a red shirt said no to a responsibility already addressed to a grey shirt just because they're your friend doesn't mean you gotta treat the red newbie as your personal peasant it is not their fault that a gray sure which means manager is lazy Too and is wrong and you guys should not (don't embarrass your coworkers in front of customers don't talk about them make fun of them you should be training them not putting them on the spot aren't you supposed to be in team example don't talk to them in a loudly strict voice to try and prove a point. Same way you want respect this is what they expect.
