There is no leadership what so ever. Co-workers yea NO!!!! It's like walking into a day care. Hired full time work like a dog upper management cuts hours this company expects you to live off of 33 hours and the shifts are for ever changing each week it is different days off are mainly split days off forget about your family and home life you will not have one. But your superior sure will, don't ask for a day off you will be asked WHY!!!!
