I would make sure that every person that enters the store is treated with absolute respect and distinction, and among all, that all the store workers saturate themselves with this Philosophy and understand that, without customers, there wouldn't be any Auto Zone store operating anywhere; no money to pay workers and, there wouldn't be any jobs.
