There is no culture, you can tell some corporate move up come up with the genius idea of uniforms and polo shirts. The amount of times you have to punch a password in just to make a sale is disgusting, if you work here you will find out why I picked that word.
The AutoZone Logo is ugly enough, but if you want to wear a hat in the summer you have to slap on an ugly logo hat of the buisness and not a cool Mopar hat or some other real parts guy brand.
This place has no culture, it's a hollow brand name with no real identity...... It's like being in a white padded cell while hearing echos of get in the zone.
If they can outlast their competition, they will be fine. But Autozone will never reach their true potential unless 5he company has a major overhaul on their standards and employee treatment.
It feels like I'm wasting my life working here.
