3 weeks . I interviewed one week background check/ drug test the next week. Third week took background to come back very slow process

It's what you make it. If you're there for a check or just lazy then you probably would be (sick to your stomach) . Other then that if you like to help people then is a rewarding job.

Extremely fast paced. Not enough time to provide care to al residents. There are times when you give up your 30 minute break so you can finish your tasks by the end of your shift.
