Learned and grew a lot there with freedom to speak up and decision autonomy
Loved my time at Avalara. Great, vibrant, and exciting culture. I only left when I was required to move to Seattle - I didn't want to move. My immediate manager was incompetent (no longer there) but the rest of the leadership is solid.
Great team atmosphere, everyone rowing together, passionate senior leadership with infectious attitudes
Some deadwood, a bit of "old guard/boys club" fraternity atmosphere but it's transforming daily
