Pros and Cons as you will find anywhere
Written by Former employee - Leadership Team (Former Employee) from Seattle, WA on December 17, 2019
The company went public in 2018. There have been focused improvements for some. Top heavy and still a boys club from perspective of current employees. Much micromanagement.

Ping Pong table was cool and beer thats about it
Written by SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee) from Durham, NC on July 12, 2017
There is minimal training. The managers are not qualified, most people that work there including managers don't have any sales experience. Sales Team is willing to hire anyone with no strong background . They show favor to the senior reps who have been there longer by giving them all the leads but yet they hold you to the same standards as soon as you - more...
Pros
ping pong, long breaks, beer, sales kickoff
Cons
bad management, temp job but they say its not, high turn over rate, unrealistic meterics and job requirements with the tools handed, favoritism
