Not much advancement when trying to move up positions, here you must know someone to be able to get a decent job, they don't give the positions to people that deserve and those people don't get recognized for their work very unorganized place.
Very stressful place to work and never know what's to come. Poor marketing department and too much management/salesforce turnover. Compensation plan is poor and changes way too much. On a postive note, worked with a great team!
Management only care about politic and making themselves look good in front of higher ups. Everything is inefficient and it's hard to work cross functionally since each function do not have much interaction with other functions even though the building is small. It's a lot of talking and little doing. There is no transparency. Everything is budget limited.
Tedious work, day in and day out. No challenge or fulfillment in the job its just a lackluster place to work. Would not recommend if you want adaptability and a place to grow and strive to better yourself.
