Excellent pay and nurse/patient ratio

Salary and benefits here are excellent. There isn’t another company that compensates nursing staff as well as Avem including tech pay-some techs here make more than nurses elsewhere. Nurses typically have 3-4 patients and techs generally have 5-8 patients. Fantastic peers and nurse manager

My nurse manager is the best one in years. Great scheduler, listens to us, advocates for us to upper management, and even works the floor when needed if we are short.Pay is great.Nurses get paid great.Nurse techs get paid more than anywhere else I’ve worked while having half the patient load.I work day shift. Can never get ahold of hr and nurse manager screws up everyone's schedule. The nurses are great and care about their patients. The techs are overworked and under paid.
