Operator in Peachtree City, GA

Very good pay and benefits, and the work so not bad… Different shift available 8hrs or 12hrs. Favoritism is a huge issue, some individuals have to work while others just do nothing.

Management is terrible. Full of gossip. Job is easy but they are quick to throw you under the bus if it's convenient for them. Most enjoyable part is going home.
Slitter Operator in Mount Juliet, TN

This will be the worst employer you will work for. You will have absolutely no support from any management whatsoever. When you present a concern, they will then start silently attacking you
Machine Operator in Fletcher, NC

Great company and workplace culture. Management is very supportive and is there to help you move up to the next level. Job requires a lot of thinking and problem-solving, which I enjoy. More experienced operators are always there to offer help when you need it. The training program was excellent and I was running a line within a few weeks.

If I was going to quit my job when I gratuated college? I said if I liked my job I would be there forever and if I didn't I would not come back. I was hired that day.
