Work for someone else if you can

Insurance company and does not pay its employees what you should be making. While I love everyone I work with, the management of this place after being at Avesis for a few years has the culture of promoting the entitled, not the hard working. It is poorly ran and forget having a life during the work week. In my opinion, as I am not looking for something else, move on to other companies.

I really loved working for Avesis. The only reason I left is because of my New Supervisor. I would have still been there today if I did not bump heads with her. Great place to work. Actually I really wish that I could go back.

Very laid back, high turnover rate.

This is not a bad place to work, just a severe lack of motivation. No real job advancement opportunities along with members of management with alternate motives. No real support of the employees. High turnover rate with small training classes. Under staffed and poorly structured.
